We're currently looking for an experienced Sealcoating Technician to join our hardworking, close-knit team.  What makes us unique in this industry?  We are owned by Bowdens Fireside - Many employees work year round assisting the fireplace crews during the busy season.  Two great opportunities!

·       - Run sealcoating crew and crack-filling equipment efficiently and safely

·       - Perform routine surface preparation, edging, and clean-up

·       - Drive company trucks  to job sites (must have valid license)

·       - Interact respectfully with customers and maintain a professional appearance

·       - Work well with a team and independently in fast-paced outdoor settings

·       - 1+ years of professional sealcoating experience (residential or commercial)

·       - Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures

·       - Ability to work long hours in the summer heat (this is a physical, outdoor role)

·       - Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done

·       - Valid driver's license required
